Recently it was brought to Dalian Wanda Group's attention by two German Chateaus of Wolfenweiler eG and Auggener Schaef eG, and a Slovakian enterprise, that a Chinese businessman, who calls himself Wang Xinlai, has negotiated and entered into purchase contracts with them on behalf of a company named "Wanda Group Kunming Company". These Chateaus and enterprise have enquired Dalian Wanda Group if "Wanda Group Kunming Company" is a subsidiary of Dalian Wanda Group, and if Wang Xinlai is an employee of Dalian Wanda Group.

We hereby clarify that:

"Wanda Group Kunming Company" is NOT a subsidiary of Dalian Wanda Group, and Wang Xinlai is NOT an employee of Dalian Wanda Group. Dalian Wanda Group has no connection whatsoever with either the above-mentioned company or the above mentioned person.
